​Yes. We offer both in person and virtual appointments.
5. What should I do if I'm in crisis or need immediate help?​
We are not a crisis center. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please call 911. You can also contact the National Suicide & Crisis lifeline at 988 or text HOME to 741741.
6. I do not have insurance, do you offer self-pay options?
Yes, we offer self-pay based on a sliding scale.
